What are the shipping costs?

Free worldwide shipping. Customs duties for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Portugal and Spain: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-4 business days

Rest of the world: 5-7 business days

We will email you the order tracking code so you can follow your shipment with the carrier.

The tracking number is sent on the same day as the purchase, as our shipping service is always express (24h), and you will then receive an email from the carrier to track the delivery. The delivery driver will contact you on the day of delivery to arrange the best time.

Where can I pick up my order?

The order will be sent to the address you selected during checkout. If you are not home, the carrier will contact you to schedule a new delivery.

If it is impossible to establish contact, the customer will receive a message with the collection point where they can pick up their order.
