Returns policy

1. Return period

We accept returns within 30 days starting from the date of receipt of the order.

Customers in the European Union retain the right of free resolution within the legal timeframe of 14 days , no reason needed.

2. Conditions for return

The item must be new , with no signs of use, with all labels and in Original packaging .

Presentation of the document is required. proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

3. Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

- All exchanges are 100% free for Portugal and Spain, provided the item is in the same shipping condition and within 30 days.
